Terms of Sale
- Delivery times are respected as much as possible, but are not strict.
- We reserve the right to increase or decrease quantities by 5% and to adjust our invoicing accordingly.
- The reproduction of all our models, logos, drawings, compositions, interpretations, arrangements in any technique whatsoever, created by us or at our request, remain our exclusive property and cannot be imitated or reproduced in whole or in part.
- The photos taken by our photographers are our exclusive property to the extent that they are used by us. They will however be invoiced to the customer who has given up placing an order after having had them made, without prejudice to the agreed photography costs.
- Any complaint regarding an apparent defect in one of our supplies must be made in writing within eight days of receipt. After this period, the supply will be deemed approved.
- Our invoices are payable 30 days from the date of invoice to the headquarters of our company or to the bank and postal accounts shown on these documents.
- Interest clause: Any delay in payment on the scheduled date results in the payment of interest of 15% from the due date and this automatically and without prejudice.
- Penal clause: In the event of non-payment of the invoice on the due date, in addition to the above interest, the amount of the invoice will be increased by 20% with a minimum of 100 Euro.
- In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels and, where applicable, the Justice of the Peace of the First Canton, will have sole jurisdiction.
- Shipping costs payable by us from a value of 250 Euro of goods.
- The seller remains the owner of the goods until full payment of all sums owed by the buyer.
- In the event of bankruptcy of the buyer or in the event that bankruptcy seems inevitable, the seller reserves the right to retain the goods.
